Ocean Ecoventures Whale Watching

Absolutely great, very knowledgeable staff who are very ecologically friendly and just great friendly people. For this tour I traveled from Scotland and it was absolutely worth the incredibly long journey. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Captain Gary and Tasli are incredibly knowledgeable about whales and know where to go to find them! We saw many whales, stellar sea lions, a grey whale and a bald eagle! It was a remarkable experience and I highly recommend it!

We booked a half day tour (4 hours and stayed almost 5)and saw 16 killer whales. It was AMAZING! Our group got a lot of information about the killer whales, how they hunt,live,etc...

Dress appropriately! You get a very thick suit to wear over your own clothes, but wear enough clothes underneath, it gets very cold outside even when it’s sunny.

Respectful, ethical, knowledgeable... our tour with Ocean Ecoventures has been truly amazing and we had the chance to admire a beautiful killer whales pod during more than an hour ! Captain Simon and his team are passionate, involved in the protection and conservation of these magnificent animals and thanks to many little attentions (free sunscreen, pictures, donations...) we appreciated how sharing is definitely one of their values, over only making profit.
If you are looking for a whale watching tour that will teach you a lot and make you feel like you’re in a National Geographic documentary, you’re at the right place. Can’t recommend them enough as they just made us have one of the best days of our lives. ????

Excellent Tour! Captain Simon has excellent marine knowledge and boating skills, making sure we were all comfortable and well positioned to the whales, without disturbing them. I will definitely go again! Thanks Simon!
