Great staff but the product is not nearly as good as I had hoped.
Have had a great experience at the shop. ..Friendly, helpful service and great products. The folding matress /bed is ideal for camping and so well made. I was able to get some foam for my felting craft as well.

We stopped by Duncan Foam & Futons wanting to get foam to update the seat cushions of our dining room chairs. The clerk went above and beyond. Not only did she cut our foam, she also gave us tips on how to do the job. If you want quality product and real customer service, this is the place to go.
I went here to buy some 1 inch foam to re-upholster some mid-century modern Danish chairs. The staff here has great customer service and how-to knowledge!
