Heart to Heart Farm

Lesley brings joy to her teaching and great thoughtfulness and mindfulness in creating a safe learning environment on her beautiful farm. My 12 year old daughter has gained a heartfelt understanding of horses and being in relationship with them. This positive experience has been contributing to deepening and strengthening her self confidence. It is also wonderful to see her appreciation of good work ethics develop and expand, thanks to the opportunities she is given to take on meaningful tasks and bring them into completion.

Lesley is a woman with a big heart and lot of experience. Heart to Heart farm work within the respect of you and your horse, creating a true relationship between you both. I have learnt how to be one with the horse, working in harmony, in a peace and safe environment. I will treasure the time spent with Lesley and her horses and I now look at the relationship between horse and human in a much enjoying way that I previously did.

Lesley is a knowledgeable and talented horsewoman. From her you will develop a deeper understanding of natural horsemanship and what it means to ride through a connection with the horse rather than control. If you are looking for a patient and adept riding instructor who is passionate about their craft, this is the place!

I Had few lessons with Lesley after a very long time without riding. I worked on my position and seat, even learnt ground work and had a bareback pad lesson; we also went on the trail. I absolutely loved learning from Lesley and her different approach towards horses. She is very passionate about what she does and you get to learn so much about yourself and the way to communicate with your horse. I'm looking forward to my next lesson.
