Amazing customer service from Mark. He went over and beyond to make sure we got taken care of. My mom rented a vehicle from this location she is old and having a hard time to get in and out on a small car but Mark the manager upgrade us to a Kia Soul so that my mom will have a comfortable vehicle for free. He was so nice and even explain to us clearly what we need to know as this is the first time my mom rented a vehicle. When we returned the vehicle we receive the same experience from him. National will be my go to rental agency from now on and I will tell my family,friends and all people that I know the Excellent service that we received and experience from this location .Thanks again Mark.

It's as big a company as everyone else. An hour over costs virtually the same as half a day. They close at noon Saturday, so weekend rentals for a truck are for two days. Plus very limited parking for your car.

Customer service is great. Great choices of vehicle. Never had a problem not resolved. All questions answered very clear and in a friendly manner. Prices are competitive.Thank you Mark for making my experience renting a car enjoyable.

I need to rent a car due to a recall on my vehicle. National was highly recommended by Island Ford and I can see why. I received an excellent service from Mark. He explain the whole process as I never rented before. Also he gave me a ride back to the dealership. I would highly recommend National.
