Abbey Road Farm

Absolutely adore Sophie!! Her care and knowledge of horses is of the highest standard. If you want to learn in a safe environment Abbey Road Farm is the place to go. I've also had Sophie care for my horses while on holiday and the peace of mind knowing that they are receiving great care was very nice to have.

Love this barn! Both my daughter and myself take lessons here and we learn so much. Sophie is an amazing coach and trainer. My daughter brought her “difficult” personal horse to Sophie and Sophie coached her and helped her to retrain her horse! It was an incredible thing to watch the transformation and them become a real team!!

Fantastic coach! Very unique to other barns, Sophie takes spectacular care of the horses and keeps them regularly maintained with massages, electro therapy, and body work. All of the students are included in a very drama-free setting and can enjoy regular home shows and barbecues. Sophie is a great horseman, sportsman, and encourages all her students to succeed and do the best they can do.

While she is supportive in students competing and constantly upgrading their riding abilities, she also has space for students who are looking to ride more leisurely or just for fun (like me).

There is a range of coaches under Sophie’s supervision who can accommodate younger students, older students, those with nervousness or other inhibitors. Absolutely everyone is included and welcome.

Always have great experiences at the farm. Sophie is kind knowledgeable, professional and great with kids!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for lessons for themselves or their children!

Sophie is the best instructor. My daughter needs someone to push her to understand the strength and agility of a horse, and it is done here. She also has a covered sitting area, and incredibly clean barn and fantastic girls learning all about horses. I tell everyone about this place.
