Bought a package of Ed's Kuku Paka African coconut curry dinner at the "Art in the Garden' show in Nanoose this past weekend and prepared it tonight. It was great. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts and only used 1/2 a can of diced tomatoes and stirred the rice into the mixture. Very flavourful. Will look for it in grocery stores that Ed mentioned: Country Grocer and Quality Foods. Will definitely make it again. Lary in Nanaimo
