I can't say enough good things about working with Jillian. Where to start... She was recommended to us to help get our small business up and running mainly on social media. In the end, not only did she help us learn various platforms and create an easy to manage/deliver social media strategy, she helped us firm up our various offline marketing initiatives, flush out opportunities in our customer experience journey and formalize an ongoing marketing plan for continuity. All in a way which felt very personalized to our business and didn't feel overwhelming or daunting. She was instrumental in helping us with ideas we had but not yet implemented and turn beginnings of things we had started doing but hadn't quite mastered and got us to a place where we now have a cohesive, self-sufficient, low-maintenance strategy instead of a bunch of clunky initiatives which didn't really tie in, one with the other. I had met with one other social media consultant when I chatted with Jillian and I was immediately taken with Jillian's friendliness, her kind and confident and knowledgeable demeanor and felt like not only was she there to help with facebook for example, but I could really go into detail with her about what was presenting a challenge for our business in terms of our company's presence. She was able to really understand our goals, our preferences and our comfort and skill level and adjust our time together to get the most out of it. She helped us to master various platforms quickly and easily, learn tools and tricks needed to stay on top of things and how to create and deliver meaningful messaging to our clients.
