Just bought my third car from these guys and the entire team is amazing. Mo was able to get me into exactly what I was looking for, while lily in finance was able to get my interest rate lowered a significant amount from my last vehicle, and then Scott the GM approved everything. I was able to come out paying only a bit more then my previous loan to get into a brand new Qashqai with lifetime oil changes. Previous two vehicles I've bought were used and this is the first brand new one. Great service each time.

I did not buy here. I dealt with Mack, a delightful person not given to sales BS and who reminded me of my no-nonsense, say-what-you-mean daughters. I entered into an agreement thinking the car I selected was THE ONE and paid my down payment and was assured that it was refundable. And then I found another car that better met my personal needs - not a better car - just better for me. Asking to bow out of the deal was painful to me because of the respect and connection I had with Mack and others at the dealership. They made it happen. I got my deposit back no problem. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ANY HIGHER as an ethical firm.
