Westisle installed a heatpump for us, they went above and beyond. Extra thanks to the lead installer who stayed late and came back to finish up. It was all done clean and professionally the salesman was knowledgeable walked us through everything. Thank you we are warm now and looking forward to the cooling this summer.

Had a very positive experience. Replacing our old gas furnace with a heat pump system looked like a daunting job to me. But Jasper from Westisle showed up on day promised and had the new system up and running on day two with only a few hours interruption in heating (good, since it was December!).

The Westisle technician, Kyle installed a new ductless heatpump system in our 3-storey home. Both the inside and outside units were installed perfectly and are running well. I particularly appreciated both Kyle and Robin going the extra mile and allowing me to prepaint the outside duct casing before it was installed.

Westisle has been completing the maintenance on our heat pump system for many years now and they are professional and reasonably priced. They are the go to around here for heat pump maintenance. Customer service is fast as can be, always working on a functional time schedule to meet your busy life. The tech has always been respectful, shown us exactly what was needed done before maintenance started. Yes, we are still "thinking" about the ductless, lol
