We've just had a ductless heat pump installed and found the LD Plumbing & Heating technicians to be very knowledgeable, hard-working and easy to get along with. If the heat pump works as well as the technicians did, I'm sure we'll be very pleased with the entire experience!

I have been dealing with LD plumbing and heating for 2 1/2 years now. Excellent service and always has been. When we were first looking to switch over from oil to gas we called for 3 quotes. We also have a heat pump. the 3 other companies said the heat pump needed to be replaced. I decided to call for a 4th quote. LD were the only honest ones and said we can fix this. They did. Our heat pump is now 12 years old and its time to get replaced and more energy efficient one. They gave me a quote which is a very fair price with some original duct work taken out and replacing for even more efficiency. they have to replace some other parts as well. All in all I have no reason to go get a second quote as these people here are honest in making a living and do not over charge. Highly recommended as they have been very fair and always honest with their pricing
