Consistently excellent, professional and friendly. They go the extra mile and process prescriptions quickly. Special thanks for providing and emergency refill after the Dec 20 storm chaos when you were all exceptionally busy.

Was in today, first time since it has changed to IDA and can say that the prices seem a lot higher. Also the young male at the til couldn't be more disinterested in his job.

The pharmacists here are the best people I've come across. They are so down to earth and friendly. I have to go in everyday and I'm greeted with kindness by all but one staff member. She's just getting old and bitter I guess. I would recommend Rexall over Pharmasave in Ladysmith in my opinion.
