K & C Charlton Construction did a fantastic job renovating my home in North Vancouver. I employed them as the General Contractor as I did a few background/reference checks on them and they were given a high rating by their past clients. Ken Charlton took care of all aspects of the build, from architectural drawings, to demolition, pouring foundations, structural upgrades, framing, managing/scheduling other contractors (plumbers,electrical,mechanical), insulation, drywall, painting and all of the finishings. I found Ken to be very efficient, knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly very good at staying on budget. All of the advice and knowledge clearly comes from a wealth of experience in the building trade. I highly recommend using K & C Charlton Construction If you want to get a quality job done right!
