The food itself is such high quality, even their seasoned vegetables were at the same caliber as their smoked brisket. They add such amazing details to each dish. Our guests are still talking about the food, and their smoked mashed potato’s will go down in history as most talked about at our wedding. Not only do they make incredible food but they’re very conscious of their impact and maintain local ingredients.
