Very good communication and customer service. Worked with my coverage to lower cost to me. Came and fixed an electrical issue with my truck at my campsite. I couldn't tow my trailer otherwise. Fixed it in under an hour.
The changes the mechanic made also fixed my backup camera which the Ford dealer couldn't figure out. If I break down anywhere near them again I won't hesitate to call.
The best on the Vancouver Island! Extremely happy with the auto service offered by Robert and their team. I had to fix my car, which wasn't used for more than 6 months, vehicle was just dead, unable to open the hood or trunk, it was a complex situation, but when explained the issue with D&D, Robert was very supportive, offered their emergency support, towed, found the issues and had me on road in less than 6 hours. Highly efficient, transparent pricing and honest team to go for. Definitely recommend!
These guys go above and beyond. Came in while they had no room , explained our situation and they made it work( we live in Alberta ). Some parts were not easy to find but they did it ! Can not thank Kevin and the owner for making time for us and doing their job efficiently. I would recommend this shop to anyone who’s had a little hiccup on their vacation
Amazing people! Our truck blew a turbo clamp just as we came out of Goldstream towing our trailer going up the Malahat. Robert and Kevin - thank you so much for helping our family get back on the road to Tofino. You’re truly amazing people —thank you. Highly recommend this company!!
Had a really good experience. I'll be recommending them to my friends whenever it comes up. If you talk to Rob and Kevin, tell them that the Pathfinder fuel leak guy recommended them.
