We used Ed to inspect our new home in the Cowichan Valley. The whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. Easy to coordinate, reasonably priced, and the inspection was very thorough. We also received a very detailed report to keep for our records. Would definitely recommend!

Ed was able to complete our home inspection well before our subject removal date. He was to the point and able to explain everything to me thoroughly. Our written report was easy to understand and will serve as a helpful reference to us in the future.

We lucked out; being from out of town and only being around for one day after we wrote an offer on a house, we called Ed for a pre-purchase home inspection. He just had a cancellation, so he was able to come out the next morning at 8 ! We showed up closer to Ed being done, and walked through the house with him. After that, he guided us through the pictures he took.
