Ernie & I have had other custom built homes prior to hiring Emperor Homes to build our final dream home on a lot we previously purchased, so aren’t new to the process. After getting estimates & interviewing other builders we decided to sign a contract with Emperor Homes and haven’t regretted it. The detail, communication & general care & attention by all staff including Michael, Jordan & their trades was one of the best we’ve dealt with. They always kept us up to date, answered our questions & treated us with respect which is very important in the whole process. Recommendations by Michael & others to save us any costs or improve the details were also very welcomed & appreciated. We definitely recommend them!

During the summer of 2018, we hired Emperor Homes after reading some online reviews and visiting a couple of their ongoing projects. We sent an email and in very short order, Mike and Jordan responded. This to us was a very promising sign as communication between contractors and clients is essential for a successful project, and something important to us. Once we had laid out our vision and plans, Mike provided us with a very detailed contract offer which over a few weeks was adjusted and agreed on. Once the project began, we met a couple of the Emperor employees who we found to be very friendly, prompt and excellent at their job. Both Mike and Jordan were always in contact with us to ensure the dates they were planning to continue work fit in with our schedule. I found the sub trades hired by Mike to be top notch with quality work and products. Our back yard patio/pergola and upper deck project was not Emperor's biggest, but we certainly were made to feel like a valued customer. We truly recommend this company.

We are honoured to have had our home built by Emperor Homes. This is our second new home built in the last 5 years, this time with Emperor. We have had the privilege of working with Michael Duggan and his associates. Their professionalism, ongoing clear communication and attention to detail during this process has been fabulous and greatly appreciated. Michael has answered all our questions in detail. He has provided us with all the information we needed to support us in the decision making process throughout the build. We are pleased with the quality of work and have had a great experience with Michael and his crew. I recently contracted Emperor Homes to tear down my existing porch and rebuild it with an added shed. Due to the shape of my lot, it was not an easy project but Michael worked with me every step of the way to overcome any and all challenges. Not only am I extremely pleased with the quality of the work, but his employees were very skilled and respectful during the entire construction period. They were there when promised and continued working daily until the job was completed. I had a couple of minor concerns during the process but they were dealt with promptly; one the same day and one the following day.
One of my major worries when searching for a contractor was finding one who was not only reputable and trustworthy but would complete the project in a timely manner and Emperor Homes definitely met my requirements. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
