I highly recommend this magic lady! Helga is very professional and has been amazing at helping with a sudden onset of severe pain in my feet. Nothing else was helping relieve it but regular reflexology has been amazing and I can finally wear my regular shoes again! So relaxing that sometimes I even manage to fall asleep.

I have been going to Helga for a few months now with pain in my shoulder and lower back but since my first visit I have felt relief and am now starting to do 2-3 hr hikes my wife also goes to Helga for reflexology and has found a big relief in her feet and legs we have found Helga to very knowledgeable and professional and would recommend her to anyone looking for massage or reflexology I would give her a 10 out of 10
