Alanna was amazing! Saved my phone, suggested help for my antique computer. I'm connected again, and all thanks to the knowledge and expertise, and gracious attitude of employee Alanna at the Duncan store. Sometimes it's not about the things a store sells, it's about the commitment of its employees.

Their mobile store is great. Upgraded me from iPhone 5 to iPhone X. Huge difference! They offer phones for purchase outright and stock a much wider selection than carrier stores do as they carry older models going 3 generations back.They also are cheaper on some models. They can get apply screen protectors in store. They were patient with me as when I’m spending over $1200 on something I need time to think about it. Sales reps aren’t overly aggressive which I prefer. The only thing I would improve as have two people there minimum. Sometimes they get a bit overwhelmed.

I want to thank megan and I can remember her name but she has short pink hair you guys were amazing to me today in what I had to go thru I am so thankful you guys where there. These people are selfless and care about their people and community you guys did more for me today then you'll ever know thank you megan so much... thank you.

Went in to upgrade my phone and had to wait for almost a hour before a manager got someone to come to the cel phone booth to help me. Then I had the pleasure of Edward “Ed” helping me out, it said in training but the guy clearly once he got comfortable in dealing with me was super helpful and knowledgeable in the products we were discussing. I spent almost 2 1/2hrs there and it was a pleasure, I felt so comfortable in dealing with Ed that I almost walked out with a sound bar and sub woofer as well ????. I will be back to find Ed and get that sound bar and woofer sooner than later and I suggest if your in the store and in need of some great assistance look for Edward and let him help you out with what it is your after, thanks again Ed we will be back and I hope your there!????????????
