CVI Restaurant + Lounge

Had breakfast for the first time and it was beyond FANTASTIC! scrambled egg was my favorite and best. The pancake was so fluffy and hug, it's bigger than my face! Overall great service!

Hit or miss.
Staff during lunch time have seemed very uninterested on multiple occasions.
The seafood chowder was one of my favourite soups untill I had undercooked potatoes twice in a row. The second time they were rock hard. I showed the waitress and she just brushed it off and did nothing to rectify the situation.

Great food and nice atmosphere. The chicken quessadilla was more like a tortilla wrap. But the filling was great, with tons of chicken.
I just wish they would use less throw-away plastic like straws or little plastic cups for sauces. There are lots of more sustainable alternatives available.

Food was good but couple of our items where not hot had 3 steak bites 1 was hot but 2 weren't. Pasta was really good but barely a cup of noodles in it all sauce. Was surprised to see our reserved table put next to smoking door as in 2 guests were bumped a few times and was not a great smell everytime it opened. I should have asked to move but by the time we realized it was pretty full. Staff was polite and friendly.
