I love this store, they have all the essentials and more but most important the staff are there to help. They are knowledgeable and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Always love going to this place whenever I move to a town I always find out where the home hardware is because they all seem to be laid out the same way so if you're used to 1 you'll be used to leave a new one there pretty much almost identical a few slight changes here and there but most of the time they're pretty much laid out the same way and if you can't find something there's always somebody around that you can ask there's always somebody that's working that's close by and if it's too busy well you might have to wait a minute or two at the most until somebody's free and they've had probably 95% of the stuff I've ever wanted at a pretty good price if not just ask for a contractor's discount you may or may not get it it just means you have to pay right away when you get about 10 to 15% off if you do get it

I was in the store with my wife looking at soaker hoses and timers. Some guy whose name tag said ”Gardener” swooped in and helped us out.

Top Notch customer service. People like The Gardner are the reason I shop local and the reason I will return to Home Hardware!

He even recommended a cheaper product to us than the one we had picked out because it was of higher quality (hopefully this doesn't get you to in trouble G)
