After I felt frustrated for the long wait I had, the owner reached out to me and explained about the app - greatclips and how to use it.

This owner and business are an example of great customer service and the way the owner dealt with my concerns was excellent!

I went back last week and had a great experience.

Both Madison and Marla are excellent hair stylist!
