A bum fridge is always an emergency, and Eugene treated it like his own. It didn't matter that it wasn't repairable: he rearranged his schedule, diagnosed like a pro, explained our options clearly, and even took initiative to follow up later, which was much appreciated as it helped us along well beyond the end of the service call. He knew the things we didn't so that we could feel confident deciding what to do. It sucks to deal with a suddenly dead fridge, but for us it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, thanks to Eugene. Would definitely recommend.

(Samsung's tech support has pointed us to an "approved" provider over an hour's drive away, who were fully booked. Eugene was as capable and professional as any, and showed up the same afternoon.)

Eugene was very friendly and helpful. He was able to fix my leaky freezer the same day I called and worked within my schedule. Highly recommend him!

I phoned out of the blue with a freezer issue and he patiently told me how to fix it myself, which I did, and then answered the phone a second time with a follow-up question. I don't have a repair shop anywhere near me so this was a great relief to finally find someone who was generous with his time, though it didn't take that long to explain. Just grateful he was willing at all after calling around all day and getting nowhere. Big thanks! And n/c. I didn't even get his name but he really knows his stuff.

Jack was able to drop by on short notice and had our dryer up and running within the hour. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use him again. Highly recommended.
