We engage Mike in 2013 when we tried to move our family from the mainland to the Island. As life would have it, we couldn't make the move in 2013. We again engaged him in 2016 and he showed us homes from Ladysmith to Mill Bay. Obviously we didn't have our minds made up on a location ( a little high maintenance). Here's the thing, Mike was patient over 3 months of showings. He helped us understand the market and more importantly, the value of each area, re-sale value, amenities and nuances.
