(October 30, 2021, 10:33 pm)Wayne's team of Professionals do a good job and assist people who wish to get the job done as painlessly as possible. Sellers end up with 'everything gone' and are able to move forward. Buyers are able to find some treasures and enjoy the experience. I am sure it is not always easy - but they work hard for the Sellers and the Buyers in a job that is 'super-busy for a brief period of time - with many people asking questions at the same time etc.. I understand how it can be challenging for them... But all -in-all a Great job done!
