Warren came highly recommended to us. He is not your typical, middle-of-the-road, realtor. He is a very courteous and approachable person who is also, as we learned later, a very knowledgeable and skilled negotiator. He helped us get what we wanted very quickly. All throughout the process, he kept us well-informed and was always quick to respond during the daily, back and forth communications. Speaking from past experience, buying a home can be very stressful without a good realtor, but with his help, you will have no worries. Even after we had closed the sale, he still made himself available to us with some follow-ups and a genuine concern to make sure everything was satisfactory. We feel very lucky to have had him as our realtor when we bought our new home and we are really impressed with him, not only as a real estate professional but also as a really nice guy!

We are so pleased with our new home and the experience we had with our realtor Warren Chase! I have bought and sold real estate in Vancouver and Alberta the past 20 years, using the same realtor. When we decided to invest on Vancouver Island, we were referred to an agent out of Nanaimo, who referred us to Warren. We Drove over from the mainland last minute with a list of houses to see around Lake Cowichan. Warren jumped on it, arranging access to everyone of them. We spent the entire day driving house to house. He answered everyone of our questions or found out the answers immediately, if he didn’t know. We were impressed with his work ethics, morals and values towards our needs and the current home owners (sellers) Warren is very honest and goes the extra miles for his clients. We highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
