Lovely tea house with a great variety! The staff were friendly and the setting was picturesque, set back away from any main roads. If you love tea and want a unique date with a spouse or friend I reccomend.
Vast selection of teas. Rustic setting. Will have to try again to see what regular menu service is like as opposed to open house fair.
What a treat. Wonderful hosts. Matcha Cheesecake with a hazelnut crust will be remembered for a long time.
An absolute must go to the Tea Farm the only one in Canada that grows their own tea. My daughter Kimberly King works there and if you want to know about tea. They have so ma y blends also decafinated tea. Took my client there on Wednesday and she loved it. They pay attention to detail wonderful side menu for extraordinary sweet to go along with savory fill bodied teas. I have many different blends. They do big groups as well. They had a group of 25 just before we arrived. You overlook beautiful fields inside and outside service weather permitting of course. You can have tea well worth it and also buy tea. Sampling if course. This is a must go and have tea you will be very pleased staff is great. They can answer all your questions very knowledgeable about their products.
Really nice little Tea Shop. High quality teas. The owner makes some very interesting, attractive, pottery that is done without a wheel! The staff is really helpful. It's a great place to meet, because it's out of town, quiet, super pleasant. The only dislike is that I think the management for tea grown there is too inefficient so the price is prohibitive in essence, and for some simply prohibitive. "Labor" may not be cheap, but it isn't in Japan either and the figured it out. I would encourage them to figure out this aspect. But either way, I really like this place. I walked away with tea and ceramics.
