(January 31, 2019, 9:31 pm)I have lived here for a year now. It's a quiet, well kept place to live in! Everyone was really nice, the place was clean all the time, and the apartments weren't gross looking. I had my doubts because I have heard horror stories about bugs in apartments in duncan, but there have been no bugs! The Manager and Maintenance man are very sweet, always there if you need them! I have enjoyed my time here. *I attached photos of the inside of my suite*
(February 6, 2018, 8:14 pm)Best place I've ever rented. Problems are tended to immediately, the manager is a delight and Mike is the best, happiest maintenance guy ever.
(November 16, 2017, 7:47 pm)The new owners have done a lot of renovation to the building. It's always kept clean and generally very quiet. Manager is extremely helpful and friendly.
