This was my first time going to acupuncture and I am generally uncomfortable with needles. Kayla was very kind and understanding and helped me ease into it. At any point if it became uncomfortable for me, she was able to find other ways to help me that didn't involve needles and provided several things I could do on my own at home to help me to work through my issues.

Highly recommend! This was one of the most educational, thoughtful, nurturing, healing and transformational therapeutic treatments I've ever experienced. Kayla was caring and thorough in her investigation of the root cause of my symptoms as I had been suffering with chronic hives. Knock on wood, I woke up the next morning after my treatment hive free for the first time in over two months! I am completely in awe of the energetic healing capabilities of TCM and I am so excited to continue to work with Kayla. She ensured I was the most comfortable and warm throughout the whole experience; I fell asleep three times on the table!
