Drop off was quick and efficient. When packages are delivered driver is friendly and professional. As of 2022 Alopex in Cranbrook handles UPS drop off if you needed to know.

Alopex is the only delivery service I've had to Fernie that goes out of their way to make sure you get your package. Josh is always quick to respond and happy to put in a little extra effort - even when you yourself are difficult to reach and never home.

This kind of service is greatly appreciated, especially when the alternative can be driving an hour to Cranbrook yourself to pick up the package.

Alopex picks up all the UPS parcels that I send out from my business in Fernie, Rooftop Coffee Roasters. Josh is the driver in Fernie, and he consistently provides incredible customer service. He's easy to get a hold of to arrange a pickup, but most days he just pops by the shop to check and see if I have parcels, going above and beyond the service of most couriers. As someone who sends boxes of coffee daily, Josh makes my job so much easier, and I've never had to worry that a parcel won't be picked up. Plus, he's just a great guy - super friendly, fun to talk to and always cheery and positive when he comes by. As far as Alopex goes, we've never had an issue with a parcel getting lost on its way to UPS, and packages get delivered in a timely manner. Big thumbs up for Josh and Alopex!

Excellent customer service provided by the man with the big moustache, Josh. I was at the ski hill all morning and then working in the afternoon but Josh had a great line of communication going with me and we were able to work out my delivery. Customer service was awesome, package came a couple days before expected arrival and I had a great time on the phone with Josh. Thanks so much for your service Alopex Couriers and Josh!!
