You'll feel great without feeling beat up and beat down. You also will not feel like you've paid hard earned money for a tickle. She gets in their good and knows what the limits are. First time ever having a a massage of this type set up appointment up for lower back issues. Amy really cares about your well-being. Amy did a few different types of massage ie hot stone and tie etc. Long story short it's been a day and I'm feeling the health benifets of her techniques my lower back is felling better and I am definetly going back because I know she can help me with my pain issues and flexability. 100 percent recommend Amy to anyone who needs help.
