Budget Truck Rental

Had this interaction months ago , just have not had time to post due to my schedule. I commend the staff for putting up with working here . I was talking to a male staff member at the airport and they are supposedly extending the hours to 9-9:30pm. They are only getting one 30 minute break for the whole 12.5 hour shift ! I would give one star but the service from the staff member was still good , I just want to bring attention to this issue .

Had a great rental experience with Ryan and his team in Cranbrook BC.
First-the front wheel of the vehicle assigned to me was wiggling so I have to drop off and pick up the Ford Escape. Return x exchange, no hassle.
Second-There was a bit of difference between Expedia and Budget billing but Ryan was incredibly helpful to make things easier.
I would highly recommend this location for your rental needs. Renting again for sure.

I never got her name, but the lady working at the desk was so kind and accommodating. The service was incredible, especially when I forgot to refill the rental car on the way back.

Excellent customer service! Karyn and Jordan were the best! They stepped in and helped out when my other car rental service didn't even have my vehicle. Not only did they honor the same rate of my other booking, but they even gave me some tips for my upcoming vacation to Cuba. A+ quality service!
