Small, quaint, and super efficient. Friendly and experienced staff. The security guard was super helpful and friendly. Beautiful little airport.

Nice small airport, but no services, only vending machines and car rental. Staff is pleasant and helpful, but if you show up early, bring your own entertainment and food. There is free wifi but not much for power on the non airline. After security, there are plenty of power outlets.

Annette was amazing and all the other staff are kind and do their best to get you on your way when flights are cancelled or delayed! Very pleased with this little airport.

Best Little Airport in The Canadian Rockies. ... Actually I was here at BID Air to drop a friend for an Angel Flight to Kelowna. God Blesses this wonderful group of people with such an incredible task. I adore what you do for people in need. Thank you for your hospitality while we were there. Kind, efficient, thoroughly cleansed. Vending machine in departure lounge. Quick to get through security due to size of building but still very efficient and precautious
