(September 24, 2022, 2:16 am)I love visiting the Cranbrook store! I’m from Ottawa and insist on going to this store every time I visit and wait to buy my fabric here!
Their layout and displays make it so easy to see fabric and manoeuvre around the store. I really enjoy the setup and not knocking over bolts of fabric off the round displays at most stores. Extremely well organized!
Kim is so welcoming and helpful, one of the best customer service ambassadors I’ve met.
