My service experience with Kootenay Secure Storage was above and beyond my expectations. The owners are so personable, kind, and helpful. The grounds were exceptionally kept throughout the winter months, providing clean and easy to access units. Would definitely use them again if needed!
The kindness I have received from the owner is like nothing I’ve experienced before. He went out of his way to make sure that my mom was taken care of. Her apartment wasn’t ready yet for her to move into and needed somewhere to store her stuff short term. He was limited on space but made sure that he found room for her.
