Jim has been great to deal with. He’s been the only person to consistently call me back or return an email for the last 4 months I’ve been building a house. I’m not sure what the one star rating was for as there is no written review. I just saw that and figured I would share my experience because they Jim got us out of a huge bind when another Canadian owned big box store in town sold the ICF forms they had reserved for us to someone else and then acted like it was all our fault.
