It was great working with Martek. Reg arranged for someone to come to our condo to troubleshoot a problem with the heating. The local tech worked worked with Reg until they understood the root cause of the problem and then fixed it; they had never seen anything like it before. What a treat to work with such professionals.

I had an old AC unit and needed parts, Alex was very helpful and was able to find what I needed and ordered them for me. Electric motor, capacitor and condenser fan blade.

Super quick and great service - Vince came by to install an in-line GFI for the hot tub - there was only room outside, and only under our 2-3 foot high deck - to make that unpleasant job even more unpleasant it was -28 degrees out!
Most guys would have bailed in that cold, or just did the easy thing and install it inside - but our small place has the breaker panel right in our dining room - I didn't even have to mention that it would be undesirable there - Vince immediately said, that would be ugly and in the way there! On top of it all, he also identified that the wiring outside was indoor grade, cracked and broken, and pinched under th hot tub! He replaced it all with proper materials and workmanship, can't recommend enough.
