Lucas and the staff were amazing. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Made the process a little more bearable while dealing with our grief. Also Elizabeth has checked in a few times to make sure we are OK and have given us some resources that may help.

My family and I lost our Hero ,my husband and their dad on May 25 ,2023 after battling Cancer for five yrs . Don chose after being told he was terminal to live out the time he had with us and chose the Maid Program which allowed him to die with dignity at home with us by his side where it lead us to the loving caring staff at McPhersons Funeral Services ,
Being a very emotional time they came to our home and with heartfelt compassion our two sons carried their Dad to the stretcher for his final ride .
My daughter and I met with the staff to discuss his wishes ,were treated with such respect and dignity as they guided us through the steps and procedures to ensure that every concern we had and required was completed understanding our loss . Don wanted simplicity and they saw that he had his wishes filled.
There are not enough words or thank you’s to say how they made us feel from hugs to calling to say hello to check in on us .
My family will always hold this experience close to their hearts knowing from the beginning to the end we as Don’s family were the ones that mattered and we were made to feel that even to this day .

McPhersons took care of my late husband’s memorial in the most compassionate and caring way, they could not do enough for my daughters and I. Dane is truly an incredible individual and his staff exemplify his process and philosophy. There was an answer to every concern and the advice given to make our Celebration of Life the best it could be was always thoughtful and generous. Then when my mother-in-law passed says later again incredible understanding and compassion. Both were laid to rest and I know that all was handled In the most professional and compassionate way possible all the while respecting what our family needs were. I highly recommend their services to all who lose a loved one. You will experience genuine support and care knowing you loved one is in great hands. A key point to remember it’s that Dane ina very gentle way gathers all the information he can about your loved one and family to ensure that your loved one is truly honoured and treated with dignity and respect. It was a pleasure to write this review.
