We are really happy with our new apartment. The management team was so professional on move in day. We love all the amenities offered with respects to pet friendly site, offering onsite dog bathing, dog poopy areas and bags at your fingertips! Community garden 🪴 is also a great addition, as is the quant little play ground. Overall we are pleased so far…. No complaints. 😎😎

Broadstreet has been great for us - friendly & efficient management & any concerns are taken care of promptly. Our maintenance manager Rob is the best! Now if tenants would help to keep the complex clean & pick up after their dogs, it would be even better!

Mandy and the entire Team at Rockyview are outstanding! Everyone within the Property Management Team is very personable, highly efficient, and on task. It is obvious that Mandy is a great leader-her staff genuinely respect, and work alongside her. These people deal 24/7 with situations that are not always seamless, and they do it all with professionalism; they are an asset to the company. I love the apartment complex and think they have a great idea. Although everyone has been kind, there were quite a few communication issues where I was having to chase people for answers and make sure I was in there for consideration. I struggled a bit to understand how things were working. That caused us quite a lot of stress for a few months. But all in all, I think they have been very good and the concept is great! The apartment is lovely.
