We have dealt with Fernie Chrysler for a few years now.
Recently, we decided to look for a new vehicle, in a specific colour and a certain trim level. As most people can probably relate, this can be a stress inducing process.
Well, from start to finish Jimmy was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, he found the exact vehicle we were looking for, had it delivered, shiny clean and in record time.
We went in and were greeted warmly by Angela, who went through all the final small details, as we concluded the paperwork with Jimmy.

It was the most efficient and relaxing vehicle purchase we have ever made.
No pressure tactics and every detail was covered, right down to a loaner to get to the insurance office.

You do not get treated like a friend in a big city - thank you Fernie Chrysler, you put a great big smile on my husband's face!

This past Monday my wife and I were heading home to Lethbridge. Our VW Jetta had a check oil warning light pop up. Worried we stopped at Fernie Chrysler. I explained things to Sara your service manager. Right off she said if we waited for the shop folks to come back from lunch she would help. We did...and Sara solved our dilemma! She was busy...and we were just passing folks...but she had a helpful fellow top up our oil. She did not charge...just wished us a safe ride home. We were impressed with Sara and rveryone there! Thank you again for great service. Fernie Chrysler is a winner in our house!

Very good experience with the dealership and the cooperative staff. The location is very easy to locate and get into. They have very well equipped in house store where you will get almost all the parts you require. They do have a very good range of winter all season and summer tyres available as per the season. The manager is very polite and helping nature. They have made very good arrangements in a compact place.
I recommend 100% if you are looking for buy new or used vehicle. Definitely you will not get disappointed.
In a small town like Fernie the Chrysler dealership is doing an excellent job to satisfy each and every customer's needs. Its one of rare quality of service even in big towns like Calgary or Vancouver.

I had been having difficulty with getting an issue resolved on my Jeep (after many weeks of no follow up with another individual) - today, I called and was put through to Sarah in the Maintenance Dept at Fernie Chrysler, within an hour Sarah was able to pinpoint, resolve and formulate a plan for the known issue - This is why I deal locally and I very much appreciate the care and attention to detail that Sarah, brought to resolve this ongoing issue!

We were so happy with the experience we had at Fernie Chrysler! The staff there is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Ethan, John, and Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure every question or concern we had was alleviated and made the experience of buying a vehicle super smooth and enjoyable. Their communication skills exceeded all expectations with quick responses and they made sure that we left the dealership with everything we wanted and more!
