I dropped off a dead laptop in hopes of getting the files off it, and a few days later I had the files in hand. Frank was easy to coordinate with and the service was great.

Super nice and did the repair extremely fast after realizing I was about to go on a vacation. Even despite some confusion I caused with the appointment. Also very reasonable pricing. Would definitely use again.

Dropped my new iPhone 7 and broke the glass. Contacted Frank on messenger, dropped off my phone and picked it up an hour later. Great service and phone is as good as new!
