Is it possible to actually enjoy having your house appraised? I'd have to say yes, it's true. Sherry arrived right on time and was really personable and able to answer any questions I had. After contacting two other appraisers in Invermere, one who couldn’t even reply and the other that asked me for what reason I was requesting an appraisal. I replies promptly and he never got back to me.
I then contacted Great West Appraisers and they replied promptly and the appraiser Jean was great.
He answered my questions, did the measuring of the cabin and took photos.
Later he sent the report with four comparisons to our place and then called to ask if I had any questions.
I would recommend this company.
