These guys are legends! Due to my incompetence, I set off on a big road trip with a set of overdue tires. I pulled into K-5 and plead my case. They managed to squeeze me in after a few hours. Customer service is top notch and price was good. Would highly recommend!

Richard and his team were fantastic. Our SUV water pump failed in the middle of our vacation and they were able to make things work and repair the vehicle prior to our scheduled departure back home. We very much appreciated their empathy towards us and our situation. Would highly recommend.

TLDR:
10/10 would recommend this shop. I met Richard. He had tons of patience. He was humorous and generous. From the way he treated a stranger stranded on the road from 3 hours away from home, I would trust this man and bring my vehicle to K-5 for any kinds of work they provide if I was living here.

I was riding from calgary to radium. I had a flat tire on my motorcycle at 15 minutes from his shop. Got towed to K-5. It's a auto service shop. But Richard still offered me help cause he knew I was stranded in here. I was supposed to wait 4-5 days in here until they got a new tire and put it on my bike.

With some miracle and coincidence, he somehow had a spare single motorcycle tire in the shop which was the exact same size as my rim. He was super nice and helpful. He treated us beer. He mounted the new tire. He let us use his tools to put the new wheel on my bike. And he just only charged my the price of the tire. He refused to take our money for the time of labor he did. I cannot be more grateful. We're coming back for you next time we visit here and repay the favor you did it for us!
