The pharmacists and coworkers at Lambert Kipp are exceptional! They are always so friendly, considerate and polite. Coming from a city, we as customers are quite often just a number! This is so refreshing to witness at this small town pharmacy. Keep up the great work Lambert Kipp Pharmacy!

This is not my first experience with this pharmacy but it is the first time I have reviewed it. We have always been impressed with the service, knowledge and care from all the pharmacists we have dealt with. Today however, Irena went above and beyond in terms of service helping us to access Paxlovid for my elderly father who just tested positive for covid. It would have been easy for her to brush us off as we are from out of province but she spent a great deal of time on the phone with various regulatory bodies to insure we could get him the proper medication. Lambert Kipp will remain our number one pharmacy whenever we are in the valley!

I have been going to Lambert Kipp for, well heck, decades! And I have never had anything but excellent and caring service from the front staff and ALL of the pharmacists.
When I have had questions, they have always been patient and have gone above and beyond to answer them. My concerns are always addressed with professionalism and a smile.
I know they have my and my family's best interests at heart and I truly appreciate that. ❤️
