We have listed and sold several houses in the past, but the realtors that we used never met the same standard as our listing of our house with Jarrod Leppard from Royal LaPage, Kimberley.
Jarrod provided an accurate assessment of the market value and activity of homes in our price range and he provided helpful hints to show the home. To complicate the listing, the home was jointly owned by two separate owners who did not live in Kimberley and he had to handle the sale remotely.
Jarrod resolved differences of opinions between the joint owners in a very tactful way. He facilitated the preparation required to show the home and assisted in the removal of furniture, which simplified the process.
