(July 15, 2022, 7:49 pm)Giving 5 stars for their lovely employee, Taylor. After an incredibly frustrating 8 (EIGHT) months of back and forth with RBC, all was supposed to be resolved today. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't. While I was furious and on the verge of tears, Taylor did everything she could to help. She is a rockstar, and RBC - you should give her a raise.
For the rest of RBC as a whole - zero stars. I am not one to write reviews, but it has been eight months of empty promises and over 20 hours spent on hold. Once this gets resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
