best counsellor Ive ever had. Was dealing with terrible depression from an emotionally abusive relationship and she encouraged me along the way and gave me the skills I needed to keep going.

I am so happy that I found Elysia. She takes such a technical approach to helping me - which makes the path forward seem a lot more inviting and less overwhelming. She's giving me the tools and she's patiently and kindly teaching me how to use them. Elysia is incredibly intelligent and her knowledge of people and how our brains work is so impressive. I don't feel like I'm just sitting there talking about my problems (there's definitely some of that too : DDD), Elysia is teaching me how and why I feel the way I do, and ways in which I can improve the way I think and feel about myself and situations I find myself in on a day to day basis. She has helped me through a season of grief, she is helping me mend my marriage that was hurt due to our collective grief, she is helping me understand who I am ( on a sciency/psychological level) - which has been integral in this process. I'm 36 and I am learning about important aspects of myself, that I never knew existed. You don't have to be hanging on by a thread to get help. You can get it before it gets unbearable. You can get help to learn about who you are and you can get help to be incredibly kind to yourself and everyone around you. Elysia has taught me all of that, and I honestly look forward to every session, because I can actually see how she is impacting my life in real time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
