Integrity Junk Removal

I've used Integrity a few times now and I will keep doing so. The service is excellent; It's professional, punctual, kind, generous, affordable, and friendly. I have no reason to look elsewhere, not for price, dependability, or efficiency. (Also, there's hasn't been one item that I've wanted to get rid of that they haven't been willing to take off my hands!)

There are not enough stars, and words to talk about Joel and the service he provides. He is very honest, reliable, hard worker, kind, respectful. He has helped me very much as I sold my place and needed to get rid of everything. I used his services before as well, the first time I chose him among several other companies, not only because he gave me a fair and lower price than the others, but also because of his kindness over the phone. I knew that I could trust him! Yes, Integrity is the right name! I am forever grateful.

Joel and his crew were super efficient, friendly, on time and thorough. All things you might expect but don’t always happen. They helped us remove a hot tub, which is heavy work. They communicated well between themselves with a big load and an awkward removal. Definitely would recommend and will call next time, for sure.

I had never met Joel in my life and was tasked with emptying a family home in a 2 to 3 day period
Some of the items we wanted to go to charity and some items we knew would have to be disposed of. Joel gave us an estimate, turned his schedule inside out for us to be accommodating.
He even had a family member come in to help his crew to pack to allow us to meet our timelines.
Our driveway wouldn’t accommodate his usual truck and trailer so he went out and rented a cube van and never charged more his original quote.
Joel shared with us his joy regarding giving back to the community and very wholeheartedly supported our desire for things to be donated which was great.
As you can imagine when you lose a family member and are tasked with getting ready a family house to be sold it is a very stressful and time sensitive endeavour. We couldn’t have picked a better person to partner with.
Joel was good to his word with his estimate, there were no surprises and we couldn’t of been more pleased!!
