Look, it’s simple! You need a new car, then don’t give it a second thought. Head on over and see the two miracle workers Melissa & Tyler at Abbotsford Chrysler. The reasons are plentiful, the results are outstanding. This is my second purchase from this auto group and not only was I able to upgrade my old Dodge RAM to this years model, I managed with the help of both Tyler and Melissa to get it exactly within my strict budget and not a penny more, and I also got the truck in the colour I wanted, plus all the options.
The process was seemless and pain free from beginning to end. These two work together like hand and glove, and they never missed a beat. If only all vehicle purchasing could be this way. Calm, cool and stress free. Best part, they really do enjoy meeting and working with you and take the time to follow up with even after you drive off the lot. I’m not an easy shopper to deal with sometimes, I know it. I only hope they are both still there when it comes time to purchase my 3rd truck.

My wife needed a safe and reliable car that had 7 seats in it. We have both been in horrific car accidents so we needed those seats to be physically comfortable for long car rides. Tyler and Melissa allowed us to test one of the vehicles on a family vacation to Whistler- incredible 5 star service! We ended up with a different car but we have no regrets on our purchase because we where able to really truly get a feel for each vehicle we where interested in. They both where fun, cheerful, worked tiredlessly around my poor credit and then RE worked everything when I forgot to mention I was status- they truly where great to work with. I won’t be shopping anywhere else in the future. Five stars for them both, so I guess that means they get 10 stars!

My list of needs wasn’t long- but a tricky one to accommodate - some of the list included obscure demands such as vegan leather - they where beyond happy to accommodate, super patient, and we had a lot of fun during what is usually an arduous process!
My credit is horrific since I was ill a few years back, and they where able to work around that and still get me into a stunning ‘new’ car with a top notch warranty!!
Now I just need to make more money so they can sell me my next car!!
