  Was in a car accident last month and this company went above and beyond to help me out! Got me a vehicle way above my norm, but had great 4wd in the snow! Was so nervous but they made me feel right at ease borrowing it! Car was clean, newer, and in immaculate shape! Staff beyond friendly! They dealt with all the icbc claim details and made the transaction beyond easy. Cannot thank you all for your kindness and service! Highly recommended!

  I had the pleasure of visiting this location on wed feb 6. Arriving from Toronto. The staff took care of me promptly and were kind and considerate . I have nothing but good things to say about their service and courteous attitude. Thanks. When I come back I will definitely be renting a vehicle from you.

  What an amazing company! I came in with a challenging situation and was not happy. I left a satisfied customer. I have never seen a business go out of there way this much to meet my needs! I really appreciate Amandeep and the entire team at this location.

  Fantastic service. Very easy to arrange for a car. They picked up my family and dropped us off. No need to shuttle back and forth in multiple vehicles. Very friendly staff, gave us an upgrade and a deal on pricing. Definitely would rent from them again.
