Great experience at Honda, we tried other places but Mr Birk and the other employees at Honda way were so amazing. Mr Birk went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted..and he did it quickly! He was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Can't say enough good things! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So impressed with the service I was given! Manmohan Birk did everything he could to find the vehicle for me that was in my price range and my comfort zone and I ended up driving away in my new to me 2016 Ram 1500 in mint condition and cheaper than what I expected! I inherited a Hyundai Elantra which I couldn’t being to my home in San Francisco due to it missing TPMS (federal requirement in the US). Carter worked with me extensively via email to find out what my best options were.

Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase a car here for import due to loss of warranty. But, Carter worked out an outright purchase of the Hyundai without me buying a new car from them.

I ended up with a fair sell price which I was able to use towards a purchase of my new insight here in San Francisco.

I regularly come here to service my 2009 Honda Civic and get top quality service each time I come in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If needed, there is a courtesy car driver to give you a ride if you need to be somewhere else. There is a waiting area with coffee and TV to kill time during your appointment.
